1. "Presumptively" indicates that the event is not defined in advance, that is, it may happen or may not occur. 2. "Presumptively" carries some contemplated by the parties, the characterization of the probability of the event. 3. "Presumptively" indicates that this assumption - a result subjective opinion of a thinking being is not an accomplished event of future periods. 4. "Able to cause damage or loss" in addition to uncertainty, indicates negativity of the possible consequences. 5. "Damage or loss" intentionally not replaced in the definition of "negative consequences" because for riskologii and risk management is important to have a subjective assessment of possible consequences. 6. "Damage or loss" are understood in the broadest sense of negative consequences: loss of mood and material costs in lost profits, damage to the image, to financial loss and loss of health. 7. "ANYONE" indicates that the risk is identity. 8. "Presumptively" combined with "someone" said that, assuming the subject (the subject, analyzing, evaluating risk) and "someone" (the entity that owns the risk and its consequences) is not necessarily one and the same person.

The "risk", as follows from the definition, has the characteristic properties:

1. The risk exists if and only if it is possible not only developments.

2.Risk exists when the outcome can lead to damage (loss) or other negative (negative only!) Consequences.

3. The risk exists only when formed subjective opinion "assumes" the situation and given qualitative or quantitative assessment of adverse events of the future period (otherwise it is a threat or danger).

4. Risk exists when the alleged event is of practical importance and affects the interests of at least one subject. Without risk there is no affiliation.
